I had a unique opportunity to collaborate with CZIGO to develop a brand identity that reflects their music and persona, which draws inspiration from the movie Dune. In order to capture the essence of CZIGO's aesthetic, I opted for branding that exudes a sense of enigma and dystopian ambience. Upon the client's request they preferred to remain anonymous and not reveal their identity through the branding.

I wanted to capture a dystopian concept and also include the idea of rebirth. Fungi's ability to break down dead organic matter and release nutrients for new growth is a powerful example of rebirth. It's a reminder that even in a world where everything has been destroyed, there is still potential for new life to emerge. To enhance the futuristic feel of the branding, I added a digital filter that creates a unique, multi-layered effect. This aesthetic ties into the dystopian themes of Dune and compliments CZIGO's music perfectly. The visual elements work together to create a brand identity that captures both the power of rebirth and the harsh realities of a dystopian world.

The design was crafted to be visually appealing and consistent across various social media platforms including Instagram, Spotify, and SoundCloud ensuring that CZIGO's music would be instantly recognisable to his followers.
